Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and kuj9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the kuj9 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated betting and gaming services available at kuj9.io.

By completing the kuj9 Login, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the kuj9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one registered account on kuj9. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of kuj9, nor a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of placing bets or using the casino services.

kuj9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuj9 Login credentials. 3.4 Account Ownership

Your kuj9 account is strictly personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your account or your account balance with any third party. Any such dealing will result in immediate account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuj9 currently supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on kuj9 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your kuj9 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by kuj9 within a standard processing window. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification requirements if the account has not previously been verified.

4.4 Currency

kuj9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and Indian Rupees (INR). The applicable exchange rate, where relevant, will be displayed at the time of the transaction. kuj9 does not impose currency conversion fees, though your payment provider may do so independently.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions

kuj9 monitors all financial activity on the platform for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious behaviour. Where suspicious activity is detected, kuj9 reserves the right to freeze account balances, delay withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All bets placed and games played on the kuj9 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the kuj9 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), rugby, football, kabaddi, and other sports covered on kuj9, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of that sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the result, kuj9's determination shall be final.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pragmatic Play — use certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently audited for fairness. 5.3 Void Bets

kuj9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing error, or a breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's kuj9 account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

kuj9 applies maximum winnings caps on certain bet types and game categories. The applicable cap for each product category is displayed within that category's rules. Any winnings calculated above the applicable cap will be settled at the cap amount.

kuj9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players in Bangladesh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that govern how they are awarded, used, and converted into withdrawable funds.

• Eligibility: Each bonus or promotion will specify the player eligibility criteria. Where a bonus is restricted to new players, existing players who create additional accounts to claim it are in breach of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse: kuj9 operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other manipulative strategies — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
• Modification: kuj9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuj9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with kuj9.
• Opening or operating more than one kuj9 account.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event on which kuj9 offers betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the kuj9 platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use the kuj9 platform for any illegal financial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuj9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the kuj9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, system downtime, or internet connectivity failures.
• Loss of winnings or wagered amounts during periods of planned or unplanned platform maintenance.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

kuj9's aggregate liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to kuj9 in that same month. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kuj9's gross negligence.

kuj9 collects and processes personal data from players in Bangladesh in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, and responsible gaming operations. All data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

kuj9 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our platform. Player data is never sold to third parties. kuj9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, kuj9 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the kuj9 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. kuj9 operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and across South Asia, and these Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with the regulatory environment applicable to online entertainment platforms in the region.
